Katekin
Have you ever heard of Katekin ? Green tea contains a lot of Katekin. It is said that this substance is effective in preventing cancer, aging, and food poisoning. Commercials say it reduces cholesterol in the body. By the way, the meaning of Katekin is "Conquer the germ!", that is to say, KATE-KINN! When I read this article first, I burst into laughter. A Japanese seems to have given the name. A cup of green tea in a day keeps the doctor away.

hi! and yes, i know katekin!! my mother always says "do ugai thing with green tea!" she says katekin in green tea defeats the bad bacteria!!

Interesting! I like green tea and I try to drink some every day for my health.
I used to drink green tea with my grandparents everyday when I was a elementary school student.
If I drink it, I put the green tea grounds in the refrigerator. It remove the smell of fridge.
However I rarely drink it recently. I try to drink green tea again for my health♪
